What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy developed by Marisa Peer. It combines principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is specially designed for rapid relief of emotional and physical pain/patterns and leads to permanent results.
This revolutionary, highly efficient, and effective stand-alone therapy fits perfectly with our fast-paced lifestyle and the rapidly changing world and demanding environments we live in today. It improves, transforms, and optimises the quality of life for people who don’t have the time or inclination to spend hours talking about their problems.
One session delivers exceptional results and frees you from unwanted habits and physical, emotional, and psychological problems, and limiting beliefs that are deeply rooted in your subconscious. It supports personal development and the ability to achieve goals.
The mind in short: conscious vs. subconscious
The mind can be divided into two categories: the conscious mind (the conscious) and the subconscious mind (the subconscious). About 5% of our thinking, experiencing, feeling and behavior come from our conscious mind. And our subconscious takes care of the other 95%! Mind hack: Our mind loves what is familiar and tries to keep us away from the unfamiliar. That is precisely the reason why we so easily fall back into old (destructive) patterns that we actually no longer want and need.
RTT can be used on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) to heal, get rid of pain or complaints, remove blockages and break through patterns & glass ceilings. With RTT you not only transform the visible and tangible issues, but also all other behaviors and patterns associated with them.
How does RTT work?
We access the subconscious with the help of hypnosis. Hypnotic trance is a completely natural state of inner focus. It is similar to the experience of flow. Under hypnosis, your conscious mind is distracted, you turn inward and reach a heightened state of focus. Your critical, chattering mind (inner critic) is bypassed so that we can get to the root of limiting beliefs formed long ago. Under hypnosis, you are extremely receptive to suggestions and so we can reprogram these beliefs.
In this way, RTT helps you to change beliefs and thoughts on a subconscious level. Positive suggestions are planted in the subconscious mind so that new supportive beliefs can take place. This reprogramming is typically done in just one session (and no more than three), because who has enough time to talk endlessly with a therapist every week?
RTT helps you release emotional and physical blockages super fast and effectively and clear the way for your highest potential!
What makes RTT different from other (hypno) therapies?
Many therapies work with the conscious (5%) to solve problems, beliefs, blocks, pain, etc. in your subconscious. In addition, it is often only about ‘learning’ positive thoughts and habits. RTT goes much further and deeper because it gives you access to your subconscious and we work with your subconscious (95%) during a session.
In hypnosis, we discover together why you experience blockages, issues, complaints, etc., what your limiting beliefs are, and when and why they arose. These almost always lead you back to an obstructive pattern that originated in your childhood. In hypnosis, you can see exactly which pattern or patterns are hindering you now. During the session, we ‘erase’ these patterns from your mind and we reprogram your subconscious with new connections and patterns with a bespoke audio specifically for you.

One of the big reasons people feel unhappy is by saying harsh and hurtful words to themselves. Everything we say to ourselves is literally recorded in our brain.
That’s why one of the rules of the Mind (Marisa Peer)
Your mind only responds to two things; the pictures you make in your head and the words you say to yourself!
So tell yourself better things, and see yourself as the best version of yourself!
